Why did you become an educator?
I became an educator to help guide young people to become the best version of themselves. Helping a child find their strength, overcome a challenge, find their voice, and be the kind, compassionate, Christ-like people they are meant to be is important to me.

What is your favorite quote?
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13

What is your favorite book?
A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L’Engle. This book was a favorite of mine when in grade school. I loved the thought of traveling through space and time, discovering new lands and adventures.

Why I enjoy teaching at OLF?
I love the community at OLF. The students are happy, enjoy what they are doing, and love to read! This community has been very welcoming.

Outside of school, I enjoy…
Travel, cooking, gardening, and reading.
