Why did you become an educator?
I would like the world to grow more peaceful, just, and innovative with every day.
To do this, I know that we have to have a foundation of Unconditional Love. This is why I choose to teach at a Catholic School. Here I can be a part of a collaborative effort to educate others to be their best, and, through the love of God, make the world a more peaceful, just, and innovative community.
What is your favorite quote?
“It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.” -Antoine de Saint-Exupery, The Little Prince.
What is your favorite book?
All of them. I love to read and explore new worlds from my couch. Stories are wonderful ways to have new experiences and open one’s mind to new perspectives.
What I like most about teaching at OLF is…
I can’t wait to find out.
Outside of school, I enjoy…
I play the cello, participate in the Edmonds Kendo Club, and go for long walks as often as I am able.
