Why did you become an educator?
I became an educator by accident. I have been volunteering at OLF for the past 11 years helping out in various roles including in the art classes. I enjoy seeing kids realize their creative side. The joy and satisfaction of witnessing a child accomplish something that they didn’t think they were capable of is really inspiring.

What I like most about OLF?
What I like most about teaching/working at OLF is the community we have built. The community within the walls of the school and the community we share outside these walls. The staff really cares about the kids and works hard to support each other.

Outside of school I enjoy running, reading, and finding ways to be creative.
