What is your favorite book?
Little Women was my favorite book growing up, and reading it again now as a mother of two girls, I appreciate it even more for the traditional parental wisdom and the special relationships between mother and daughter and between sisters. On vacation a few years ago, our family visited The Orchard House, Louisa May Alcott’s former home in Concord, Massachusetts, and the setting of Little Women. It was like walking into the book. We even saw the desk at which she wrote it.

What I like most about OLF?
I love that our community is like a big family. Everyone knows each other and looks out for one another. I tell all our prospective families this is a special place to be!

Outside of school, I enjoy…
Spending time with family and friends, attending my children’s activities, volunteering, traveling, walking/hiking, skiing/snowboarding, reading, and watching Husky sports (I am a Dawg by marriage).
